Yes, our memberships come with a 12 month minimum commitment period to ensure consistent service and savings. Early cancelations may be subject to a cancelation fee. Flexible terms may also be available based on your needs.

Why do you have this policy?

We want our members to get the most out of their plan. Regular detailing keeps your vehicle protected and looking great long-term—skipping services defeats the purpose (and value) of the membership.

Do unused appointments roll over to the next month?

No. To keep your vehicle maintained on a consistent schedule, missed services must be used before your next billing cycle. Appointments that aren’t completed within the month do not roll over or accumulate.

Can I pause or cancel my membership early?

Memberships are a 12-month commitment. If you need to make changes, contact us—we’ll do our best to work with your situation, but early cancellation fees may apply.

What if I want to upgrade or downgrade my plan?

No problem! Just reach out and we can help you switch to a different membership level that fits your current needs.

Can more than one vehicle be covered under one membership?

Memberships are designed for one vehicle per plan. If you have multiple cars, we’d be happy to set up a custom plan or bundle for you—just ask!

How will I be charged?

Your membership fee is billed automatically each month on the date you signed up. We’ll send you a confirmation email or text with each successful charge.

Will I get reminders for my appointments?

Yes! We’ll send a reminder text the week of your appointment, so you can confirm or reschedule if needed.

Can I combine my membership with other offers or discounts?

Memberships are already discounted as part of a 12-month commitment, so they can’t be combined with other promotions or special offers. However, members occasionally receive exclusive perks or limited-time add-ons, so keep an eye out for those!
